3 Habits To Release For Success

Here’s a question …

When it comes to accomplishing your priorities, which role do you assume: cheerleader or critic?

Perhaps it’s a little of each.

What both of these roles have in common is they are influenced by your habits.

Habits are the building blocks of your daily routine, and they can either propel you forward towards your goals or hold you back from reaching them.

I've learned firsthand the power of letting go of certain habits that were hindering my growth and success.

While there are many habits that may be getting between you and accomplishing what your important work, I’ve distilled it down to these top three for you:

=> Procrastination

=> Perfectionism

=> Comparison

Let's start with procrastination.

We've all been there, putting things off until the last minute or finding excuses not to do what needs to be done.

But as a business owner, procrastination can be especially damaging. It can lead to missed deadlines, lost opportunities, and even financial loss.

And when that happens, you spin.

Next up is perfectionism.

While it's great to have high standards for yourself and your business, perfectionism can also be a double-edged sword.

It can lead to analysis paralysis, where you spend so much time trying to make everything perfect that you never actually get anything done.

And it can also make you overly critical of yourself and your work, which can be demotivating and even damaging to your self-esteem.

And when that happens, you freeze.

Finally, let's talk about comparing yourself to others.

I call this the Comparison Complex. It's natural to look to others for inspiration and guidance, but when you start comparing yourself to others, it can be a slippery slope.

It can make you feel inadequate or inferior, and also distract you from focusing on your own unique strengths and opportunities.

And when that happens, you plateau.

High-achieving entrepreneurs like you try so many things to change how they work, but the things they try end up being bandaid solutions.

What I know is this …

There is a better way of being in your business. A way that empowers you to stay fiercely focused, set solid boundaries and eliminate “the busy” so you can do your best work with less stress.

A way that helps you move past spinning, freezing and plateauing so you can reach your big beautiful goals with ease.

That’s what I help my clients with every day. I believe in making your business feel so good, you can connect to your full potential, show up at your best, and do less so you can be more.

Instead of staying in the overwhelm you are now, and wondering how you’ll create new results on your own, let’s talk.

Together, we’ll map out your plan to overcome these habits so you'll be one step closer to reaching your full potential.

Here's to unleashing your focus!
